How personnel supply works.
1. Get a Quote
Tell us which roles you need, the site address, the dates and what’s being lifted. We’ll check availability and send you a quote.
2. Book Your Team
Once you’re happy with the quote, confirm the dates and we’ll book in your people. Tell us about any site inductions or paperwork they’ll need, so they arrive ready to start.
3. On the Day
Our people arrive on site at the agreed time and work alongside your crane and site team. When the job’s done, your site contact signs their timesheets.

What roles can you supply through Specialist Personnel Supply?
We supply the competent people that complex lifting operations need beyond just a crane driver. Appointed Persons, lift supervisors, riggers and slinger/signallers, all experienced working on live sites and public-facing interfaces.
Can I hire your personnel without hiring a crane or HIAB as well?
Yes. Specialist Personnel Supply is its own service, separate from our crane and HIAB hire – so if your site already has lifting equipment in place and simply needs the right competent people to run the operation safely, we can supply them on that basis.
Are your personnel trained to current lifting standards?
Every role we supply works within the framework of an Appointed Person’s lift plan and in line with LOLER 1998, so you get people who understand the plan, the paperwork and the standards a compliant lift is measured against – not just an extra pair of hands on site. They have CSCS AP, LS, and are CACE approved and ALLMI approved.
